  • Removes heat tint, scale, corrosion, foreign rust, and ferritic contamination

  • Chloride-free and suitable for recirculation (loop) systems

  • Maintains strong acid concentration with regular bath maintenance

  • Can be adjusted precisely with sharpening additives

  • Produces a metallic-clean surface with a matte to satin finish

  • Reaction time: 30 to 360 minutes, depending on material and bath temperature

  • Applicable to austenitic stainless steel, Duplex, and Superduplex

Application

PELOX Pickling Solution T-100 Ready-Mix is a liquid immersion pickling solution designed for post-processing of stainless steel surfaces. It is effective in removing welding discoloration, scale, corrosion, and embedded contamination without the need for mixing.
