Immersion Pickling Solution – Low NOx Emissions
Formulated for stainless steel pickling in air-sensitive applications.

  • Specifically developed for use in enclosed environments with reduced NOx gas release

  • Removes oxide layers, heat tint, weld/rolling scale, corrosion, and ferritic residues

  • Delivered as a concentrate (max. dilution 1:1)

  • Produces a clean, metallic surface with satin to glossy finish

  • Optimized for use at 20°C to 40°C with stable reaction results

  • Contains hydrofluoric, nitric, and sulfuric acids

  • Suitable for high-alloy stainless steel grades (austenitic, Duplex)

  • Effective even with acid-sensitive material surfaces

  • Slightly longer reaction time for high-alloy materials

  • Requires pre-cleaning with FR-D or AR 90 cleaners

  • Complies with strict safety and wastewater handling protocols

Application

PELOX Pickling Solution Eskaphor S 800 is a low-emission immersion pickling concentrate developed for stainless steel treatment in sensitive indoor environments. It removes oxides and discoloration with minimized nitrous gas emissions.
