Application:
Jokisch Monos Atos N3B is a metalworking oil for medium machining, suitable for all ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as steel (conventional or alloyed), cast steel, malleable cast iron, copper and its alloys (brass, red brass), chrome-nickel alloys, and die casting materials.
It is ideal for both cutting and non-cutting operations, including rolling, deep drawing, pipe bending, wire drawing, tapping, centering, reaming, drilling, and milling.
Properties:
The viscosity can be adjusted by adding water (up to 20%) depending on load conditions.
Recommended ratio: 10 liters of oil = up to 2 liters of water.
Residuals from machining can be easily removed using conventional degreasing agents, making the product suitable for post-processing such as varnishing, electroplating, and burnishing.
