Application:
Jokisch Monos Atos G4G is a powerful grinding and cutting oil formulated for high-speed machining, particularly in gear manufacturing applications such as tooth flank grinding.
It is suitable for use with CBN and ceramic grinding wheels on steel, and also provides lubrication for hydrostatic bearings in machine tools (ASTM D 130 copper corrosion 1a).
Properties:
Contains EP additives that support hobbing and gearwheel pushing operations.
The oil’s low viscosity allows filtration below 1 μm and is based on hydrocracked mineral oils with very low aromatic content.
Polar-chemically active ingredients increase pressure absorption, reduce tool wear, and extend tool service life.
Does not discolour non-ferrous or light metals.
