Application:
Jokisch Monos Atos A2G is a high-quality universal cutting and drawing oil with a special combination of high-pressure additives. Suitable for manual application using spray bottles, drip devices, or recirculating systems. Jokisch Monos Atos A2G is ideal for minimal quantity lubrication.
Properties:
- Ideal for: thread cutting, thread rolling, thread drilling, centering, reaming, and light machining (e.g., drilling, milling)
- Low tool wear
- Extremely long service life, high precision and minimal scrap rates
- No jamming or sticking
- Very good cooling performance
- Can be pumped – supports cost-effective and low-consumption operation
Materials:
All non-ferrous metals, e.g., cast aluminum, die castings, brass, red brass, aluminum and its alloys, copper and its alloys, zinc and its alloys
Machining Methods:
Turning, drilling, milling, sawing, forming, stamping, minimal quantity lubrication
