Application:

Jokisch Monos Atos A2S is a neutral and especially high-quality universal metalworking fluid for non-cutting processing of non-ferrous metals, especially aluminum, and cutting machining of aluminum. It is an almost residue-free evaporating metalworking oil. The good evaporation properties reduce cleaning effort after machining.

  • Prevents material buildup or edge build-up during non-cutting deformation on tools
  • Low tool wear
  • Extremely long service life
  • Highest precision and low rejection rates
  • Hardly any residues left behind
  • Very fluid – enables economical and cost-effective operation (suitable for pump delivery)
  • Can be mixed with Jokisch Atos A2G to adjust performance for difficult forming tasks
